20ft Fried Chicken is a new fried chicken spin-off from burger aficionados, Black Bear Burger. They're opening at Market Halls in Oxford Street at the beginning of February.

If you’re a fan of Black Bear Burger, you’ll already know that they serve up some of the best burgers in the capital - so their fried chicken is bound to be good.

The menu uses only the best British produce and responsibly sourced chicken, and each burger is made with sesame demi-brioche buns and homemade sauces. Highlights include:

• The 20 FT Burger - buttermilk fried chicken, Habanero & honey mayo, B&B pickles & slaw
• The Big Chill Burger - buttermilk fried chicken, fermented chilli hot sauce, pickled celery, ranch dressing, shredded iceberg & pickles
• Spring Roll - fried chicken, cheese & hot sauce in a deep-fried wonton, served with pickles & dipping sauce
