The Good Front Room is a new modern Caribbean restaurant in Dalston, from Chef Dom Taylor, winner of Five Star Chef on Netflix.

This new opening in Dalston follows his successful residency at the Palm Court at The Langham hotel in 2023, following the TV show win, and a series of sold-out supperclubs.

Their new à la carte menu features fresh, modern interpretations of classic Caribbean dishes, packed with flavour and infused with European influences. They also host incredible 3-course Caribbean-inspired weekend brunches and Sunday roasts.

On the à la carte menu, kick things off with starters including jackfruit tempura, plantain + aubergine fritter, wood-fired chicken thighs, and ackee + saltfish cake.

On the mains, you'll find rum + raisin glazed pork belly, crispy banana blossom coconut curry, red mullet, short rib brown stew, and a seafood boil with lobster tail, king prawns, soft-shell crab, and diver-caught scallop.

To finish, indulge in sweet treats including Nan's apple crumble with demerara stewed apples, sweet potato sticky toffee pudding, and dragon stout soft serve.
