Firestarter is an exciting new live-fire restaurant that opened recently inside the Star by Liverpool Street pub, just a short stroll from Liverpool Street station.

At the helm is Rob Star, the man behind Electric Star Pubs (including The Star of Kings and The Star of Bethnal Green).

We featured their opening offer back in November, and it was super popular with our members. Now they're back again, offering Soft Launch subscribers an exclusive 50% off food every Wednesday-Saturday throughout January!

Kick things off with starters like Gochujang honey fried chicken wings (a must-try!), crab doughnut with smoked sriracha sugar, or wild tiger prawns with miso butter.

From the live-fire grill, you'll find larger plates like 35-day aged bavette steak, Iberico pork chop, Za'atar lamb cutlets, butterflied sea bream, and fire-roasted whole cauliflower glazed with black garlic & red miso.

Burger lovers are covered too, with Firestarter's signature double smash burger cooked “animal style”, featuring double cheese, smoked mustard butter and whisky caramelised onions.

To accompany your mains, bold sides include ash-roasted sweet potato, coal-roasted beets & whipped feta, and BBQ baby gem lettuce with tahini & rosemary focaccia crumb.

To finish, indulge in sweet treats like wagyu bone marrow crème brûlée, and fire-roasted pineapple with brown butter shortbread & Yuzu clotted cream.
