MRBL is an exciting new modern British steakhouse opening in The City's iconic Leadenhall Market.

The 75-cover restaurant is set across two floors and includes an outdoor terrace overlooking the market.

Their menu focuses on prime steak cuts and seasonal dishes cooked over charcoal, alongside a carefully curated wine list designed to complement their live-fire cooking.

Kick things off with starters including beef croquettes, chipolatas in a Worcester sauce glaze, steak tartare, charcoal grilled prawns, and smoked aubergine with pickled mushrooms.

Next, steak takes centre stage. All their beef is supplied by the award-winning HG Walter and is selected for exceptional marbling and depth of flavour. It's all responsibly sourced from slow-reared, grass-fed native breeds, and each cut is aged with Himalayan salt before being cooked over charcoal for maximum flavour.

There's a wide range of cuts to choose from, each served with a choice of flavoured butters, enriched with everything from blue cheese to fermented chilli, alongside classic sauces like Bearnaise and peppercorn. Sides include marrow mash, beef fat triple-cooked chips, tenderstem broccoli, charred hispi cabbage, and crispy hash browns with black garlic aioli.

Elsewhere, you'll find a selection of dishes cooked over charcoal, including smoked monkfish tail, native breed pork chop, half roast chicken, and cauliflower steak.

To finish, indulge in comforting desserts like apple pie with custard, burnt lemon tart, or a classic British cheese plate.
