What's the deal: Get 25% off food at Chayote from 12th-25th October to celebrate their opening!
Chayote is a new opening in St Katherine Docks that offers a fusion of Mexican, Peruvian and Spanish cuisine.
At the helm is ex-Barrafina Head Chef, Tomasz Baranski, who'll be cooking a menu described as "Mexican fusion meets Peruvian-Spanish elegance".
To start, enjoy dishes including prawn & jalapeno croquetas, seabass ceviche, sea trout tiradido and cactus tempura.
Onto the mains, and you'll find a selection of tostadas & tacos featuring yellowfin tuna, beef tartare, squid ink cod tempura, chicken tinga and squash with chipotle.
There's also a range of sharing plates such as pork cheeks carnitas, red mullet, lamb barbacoa, and their signature dish, roast chayote - the green fruit after which the restaurant is named.
To finish, you'll find a selection of sweet treats including dark chocolate & habanero tart, pumpkin cheesecake, and doughnuts with almonds and spicy chocolate.
