BRIX is a Soft Launch fan favourite that occupies a sprawling 8,500 sqft warehouse in the heart of London Bridge, inspired by the smokehouses of New York's iconic Meatpacking District.

They've recently launched a fantastic new summer menu that we believe might be their best yet!

Begin your meal with delicious small plates like BBQ brisket croquettes, plantain nachos, chargrilled octopus, beef tartare “tabbouleh”, and pork belly skewers.

Then, on the mains you'll find the showstopping BRIX mixed grill board for 2 to share—back by popular demand.

It features picanha steak, baby back ribs, chorizo sausage, chicken thigh, padron peppers, house bread rolls, and is served with rhubarb bbq sauce, jalapeno butter and cauliflower leaf chimichurri.

Alongside the sharing board, there are large plates including baby back pork ribs, Tiger prawns, Picanha steak, spatchcocked poussin musakhan, whole grilled seabass, Caesar salad, and aubergine in a sticky tahini-mejdool date sauce.

To finish, there are sweet treats including baklava Basque cheesecake, beetroot churros, and choco-peanut butter mousse cake.

Book your table via BRIX's website below - enter 'SLL40' in the special requests box when booking to qualify for the discount.

The 40% discount is available on food only and runs every Tuesday - Friday until 5th September for bookings of up to 10 people.

All bookings must be pre-booked via their website to qualify for the discount. The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
