BRIX is located in a huge 8,500 sqft warehouse in the heart of London Bridge and takes inspiration from the smokehouses of New York’s Meatpacking District.
They've just announced the arrival of their new head chef, Maria Deligianni, who has helped shape their new menu.
Born in a small seaside village in south Greece, Maria has honed her craft in kitchens all over the world, allowing her to explore diverse cuisines and expand her skills.
Begin your meal with small plates including pork belly skewers, BBQ brisket croquettes, chargrilled octopus and corn ribs.
Larger plates include grilled whole dorado, red wine braised short rib, hanger steak, BBQ aubergine, crispy chicken burger and a selection of salads.
To finish, there are sweet treats including baklava cheesecake, bananas foster tarte tatin alongside a seasonal cheeseboard with jam, grapes, butter & crackers.
