BRIX is inspired by the smokehouses of New York's iconic Meatpacking District, occupying a sprawling 8,500 sqft warehouse in the heart of London Bridge.
They've just announced the arrival of their new head chef, Jake Newman, who has helped shape their new menu, bringing fire, smoke, and serious flavour to the pass.

Born in Texas and raised in the seaside town of Eastbourne, Jake’s cooking is shaped by two worlds: bold live-fire cooking and the raw simplicity of the British coast.
His résumé runs deep, with experience across Michelin-starred kitchens and some of the world’s most high-profile stages, including The BRIT Awards, Vogue, The Great British Bake Off, Gucci, and Chanel. He’s cooked for the likes of Liam Gallagher, Ed Sheeran, Skepta, Rita Ora, and plenty more along the way.

Kick off your meal with small plates like Pig’s Head Croquettes, Fire-Roasted Bone Marrow, Charred Smoked Mackerel, Blistered Padrón Peppers, and Jerusalem Artichoke Fritter.
On the mains, you'll find the showstopping BRIX Board for 2 or 4 people to share— featuring 500g beef short rib, bavette, merguez, charred Padrón peppers, chimichurri, dry-aged cheeseburger & bone marrow.

Alongside the sharing board, you'll find large plates including Bavette Steak, Ribeye Steak, 8-Hour Braised Short Rib, Charred Monkfish Tail, Flame-Roasted Aubergine, and the BRIX Burger.
To finish, indulge in sweet treats like Burnt Cheesecake, Sticky Toffee Pudding, and Charred Peaches with lime zest & coconut yoghurt.

Book your table via BRIX's website below - make a "Standard Booking" and enter 'SLL' in the special requests box to qualify for the discount.
You'll get 50% off food every Tuesday-Friday in January, and then 40% off food every Tuesday-Friday in February. The discount applies to food only, for bookings of up to 10 people.
All bookings must be pre-booked via their website to qualify for the discount. The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
