The New Moon is a historical pub in the picturesque surroundings of Leadenhall Market.

They have just reopened following a refurbishment and are offering 50% off food when you dine in their elegant brasserie nestled above the pub.

On offer is a brand new menu of high-quality, seasonal dishes alongside British pub classics.

Start your meal with starters including chicken liver parfait with apricots, ginger, beetroot and toasted sourdough; grilled asparagus & crispy hen’s egg with parmesan crisp and hollandaise sauce; and black pepper squid with fried whitebait, niçoise salad and a lemon dressing.

Then onto the mains where you'll find pub classics such as cider-battered fish and chips and beef shin pot pie, alongside seasonal British dishes including wild mushroom & leek pie, roast cod, pork cutlet, flat-iron chicken schnitzel and 35-day dry-aged Scottish côte de boeuf.

If you've still got room for dessert there are sweet treats such as Eton Mess, sticky toffee pudding, custard tart and dark chocolate mousse.
