Every participating location below will each have 200 portions of free pasta available on a first-come, first-served basis, consisting of 100 beef ragu and 100 wild mushroom:

BELLA ITALIA, Multiple locations -  Free pasta when you order another main

Bella Italia are offering a free pasta dish when you order another main, between 21st-25th October. Choose from Spaghetti Bolognese, Carbonara, or Pomodoro Mozzarella!

You need to sign up on their website to get sent a voucher to redeem. They have restaurants in Covent Garden, Shaftesbury Avenue, The Strand, South Kensington & Queensway.

NB - Their London Paddington restaurant is excluded from this offer.

LINA STORES, Multiple locations - £5 pasta from 3pm-5pm

Lina Stores will be offering all pasta bowls for just £5 between 3pm-5pm on Friday 25th October at all their restaurants.

1 discounted £5 pasta per person. Simply walk-in or book via their website! They have restaurants in Marylebone, King’s Cross, The City, Soho, Shoreditch, Kensington and Clapham.
