SINO is a new Ukrainian restaurant opening in the heart of Notting Hill.

The restaurant is a celebration of Ukraine's diverse landscape, with beautiful interiors featuring natural textiles and Ukrainian clay, and a menu that takes you on a journey through the country’s rich forests, green coastlines and mountains.

At the helm is chef Eugene Korolev, one of Ukraine’s most exciting culinary talents, who has honed his craft at some of Europe's most celebrated Michelin-starred restaurants.

At SINO, Eugene offers a fresh take on Ukrainian dining—blending rich Ukrainian gastronomy with innovative Western techniques, crafted from the finest seasonal British produce.

Begin your meal with small plates that are perfect for sharing, such as potato & sorrel waffles with caviar, black pudding croquette, and marinated aubergine served with Kyyrma cheese bread.

Onto the mains, where you'll find cherry-glazed BBQ catfish, dry-aged beef sirloin, beef dumplings in a spicy beef broth, chicken Kiyv, slow-cooked pork belly and a hay-infused onion & mushroom broth.

To finish, enjoy sweet treats like honey cake with buckwheat chocolate, and halva ice cream with pickled almond and fermented sea buckthorn.

As for drinks, an inventive cocktail list has been created by Ukrainian mixologist Ana Reznik, and the wine list will showcase Eastern European wines from Ukraine & Georgia, alongside wines from renowned regions like France, Spain & Italy.
