Raaz is a highly-regarded modern Indian restaurant which opened last year in Putney.

They've just announced the arrival of their new Executive Chef, Kuldeep Mattegunta, who has created a bold new menu built around regional Indian cooking.

With 15+ years of experience across Michelin-recognised restaurants including Benares, Quilon and Nobu, he has built a reputation for refined, modern Indian cooking that blends regional traditions with contemporary technique and global influence.

Kick things off with small plates like smoked sweet potato & kale chaat, Ceylonese beef cutlets, Nepalese steamed momo, crispy chicken "65", Kashmiri wazwan lamb ribs, and aged cheddar & sweetcorn tikki.

Next, you'll find an array of aromatic regional curries and biryanis, including paneer tikka tawa masala, Champaran goat curry, Hyderabadi lamb biryani, fish moilee, Moti Mahal butter chicken, and Deccani lamb korma.

Alongside the curries, there are dishes from the tandoor, including Patiala lamb chops, tandoori Cornish monkfish tail, Angara murg kebab, and dhungar achari paneer tikka.

To finish, enjoy sweet treats like Rasmalai tiramisu, gulab jamun cheesecake, warm chocolate brownie, and a selection of ice creams & sorbets.
