Raaz is a new modern Indian restaurant now open in the heart of Putney.

At the helm is Chef Imran Mansuri, who has trained at Michelin-starred Jamavar and Benares, and most recently led the kitchen at Kolamba in Soho.

The name Raaz means "secret" in Hindi, and they will be showcasing secret recipes that have been passed down through generations, now reimagined with contemporary Michelin credentials and techniques.

The menu opens with refined street food delicacies such as crisp Dahi Sev Puri and golden Bread Pakora, followed by tandoor-grilled specialities including succulent Cornish Lamb Chops, fragrant Wild Garlic Chicken Chops, delicately Char-Grilled Paneer, and velvety Malai Broccoli.

Spanning the breadth of India’s culinary landscape, the offering journeys from the North’s iconic curries - Butter Chicken and Chicken Tikka Masala paired with freshly baked tandoori breads - to the South’s distinctive flavours, with dishes such as Prawn Chettinad and Lamb Poriyal accompanied by delicate string hoppers.

The menu also presents a selection of exquisitely crafted vegetarian and vegan creations, alongside quality seafood, ensuring a symphony of flavours to delight every palate.

Complementing the food is a sophisticated cocktail menu featuring signature drinks with a distinctly Indian twist – a Turmeric-infused Gin & Tonic, a floral Lychee Royale, and a Kerala Old-Fashioned with coconut fat washed bourbon.

A curated wine list has been carefully selected to pair beautifully with the bold spices and textures of Indian cuisine.
