Quercus is the signature restaurant at Sun Street Hotel in Shoreditch. They serve a Southeast Asian-inspired menu celebrating the best produce from around the British Isles.

This stylish restaurant's ethos is centred around sustainability. They source regional meat, fish and vegetables from ethical and environmentally conscious suppliers, support sustainable farming practices, and utilise low-mileage transportation.

Their cooking fuses this great British produce with Southeast Asian flair with the help of their oak wood-fired Josper Grill, which gives that authentic flavour.

Begin your meal with starters including hot and sour soup "Tom Yum Goong", beef shin & bone marrow bao buns, chicken satay skewers, crispy prawns and scallop tartare.

On the mains, you'll find dishes such as slow-cooked lamb rendang, wild rice Nasi Goreng, Shorthorn rib-eye steak, baked scallops 'Nahm Jim' and spiced coconut chicken.

To finish, there are sweet treats including coconut rice pudding, sticky toffee pudding, chocolate brownie and a caramel mousse.
