PICK.YOUR.OWN. (aka P.Y.O.) is a new grab-and-go salad bar opening near Fenchurch Street in The City, serving delicious farm-fresh salads and juices.
They're on a mission to celebrate the highest-quality, sustainable ingredients the UK has to offer, with a menu filled with organic and regeneratively-farmed produce.
As their name suggests, you can completely customise your salad with a wide range of organic ingredients and incredible flavours.
First, choose a base for your salad, such as seasonal shredded veg, chopped lettuce or pearl barley. Then, add "texture" with options like chicken crackling, green apple slaw or pickled chillies and shallots.
Next, add flavour with dressings including green harissa tahini, apple cider vinaigrette or honey mustard. Then finally, finish it off with "toppers" including glazed ham hock, slow-spiced lamb shoulder, chilli-crusted wild salmon fillet or za'atar cherry tomatoes.
If all that sounds like too much decision-making, then they also have a carefully curated range of pre-selected signature salads to choose from.
To accompany your salad, you can create your own 100% organic freshly-squeezed juice or pick from one of their 10 signature options.
