Mour is a stylish new Mediterranean restaurant and martini bar launching in Marylebone this week.

Designed as a destination that effortlessly transitions from long lunches to late dinners, it combines a produce-led Mediterranean-inspired menu, a carefully curated wine programme, and an elegant cocktail offering centred on the martini.

Mour's interiors combine the character of a Georgian townhouse with a warm, social space designed for lingering a little longer. An all-year-round courtyard provides an additional setting for lunch, dinner and drinks throughout the seasons.

Their menu is designed for sharing and brings together dishes rooted in the flavours and traditions of the Mediterranean while celebrating exceptional produce.

Kick things off with smaller plates such as tataki di seabass with roasted garlic ponzu, graffiti aubergine, and beef carpaccio.

Next, you'll find fresh pasta and larger plates including tiger prawn tagliolini enriched with shellfish bisque, brie tortelloni with rainbow chard & grana padano foam, duo of lamb served with rosemary jus, and flamed cauliflower with coriander pistou & toasted almonds.

Complementing the food is a wine list that draws on some of Europe's most celebrated wine-producing regions and a cocktail programme that balances classic serves with Mour's own signatures.

A highlight is the Blind Faith Martini, where you simply choose your preferred base spirit and leave the rest in the hands of the bartender.
