The venue is looking to bring a taste of 1950s Hong Kong to Central London and draws its inspiration from the 1957 novel, The World of Suzie Wong by Richard Mason.

The idea is that the bar is named after Suzie Wong’s imagined daughter, Lucy - you’ve been invited to Lucy Wong’s Fitzrovia apartment for a late-night party with the who’s-who of London’s 1950s socialite scene.

You'll find the bar hidden away down an innocuous set of stairs underneath a cafe. It's elegantly decked out in Chinese-style decor and there's even a secret courtyard terrace tucked away at the back.

The food on offer is quintessential Cantonese cuisine, centred around sharing. You'll find everything from succulent roast meats such as Char Siu pork, crispy pork belly and roast duck to delicious dim sum baskets.

There's also a range of sides including Singapore noodles, stir-fried garlic shoots, signature fried rice and jellyfish & cucumber served with sesame seeds and chilli.

To help wash it all down there's an incredible selection of Chinese-inspired tipples created by award-winning Mixologist, Dré Masso. Plus, the bar will stay open until 3am on Fridays and Saturdays.
