Heard. are bringing their world-class burgers to Soho!

Founded by two-Michelin-starred chef Jordan Bailey, Heard. is built on a simple philosophy - great flavour starts with great produce. 

Jordan uses his expertise and relationships with top suppliers to make burgers that are deceptively simple yet are anything but ordinary.

This new opening in Soho follows the huge success of their first restaurant, which opened in Borough back in March.

It's become an instant hit thanks to their incredible double patty smash burgers, made with world-class 28-day aged British beef topped with English cheese and home-made pickles, served in a signature butter-toasted, roast potato bun.

The Soho opening represents the next step in Heard’s story, which will see the concept evolve and the menu expanded, as well as the introduction of their first non-smash burger, The Soho Burger.

The Soho Burger features a 155g patty of British chuck, brisket and rib cap, cooked for a juicy, pink-centred finish, and layered with nutty Gruyère, sweet caramelised onion, thyme and peppery watercress. Mustard mayo with tarragon and cornichons cuts through the richness, paired with a pink peppercorn sauce: the perfect match for beef, served on the side as a twist. Shoestring fries inside the bun bring extra crunch.

Alongside the food, there's a carefully curated wine list that celebrates low-intervention wines and independent producers, with every burger matched to its perfect pairing. Plus, craft beers from Forest Road Brewery, signature cocktails, and non-alcoholic options.
