Elaine's is a New York-inspired bar, restaurant and deli that opened in Holborn in September. It's the sister restaurant to Soft Launch fan favourite, Americana.

They've put together an incredible 11-plate tasting menu exclusively for Soft Launch London subscribers!

The menu pays tribute to New York's rich culinary heritage and is available for 2-8 people to share.

Here's what you'll get:

FISH:

Prawn Cocktail - Potato sourdough bread, mustard cress, pickled cucumber

The Hudson - Salmon & bass fish pie, marinara sauce, topped with Grana Padano and potato mash

Severn & Wye Smoke Salmon - Capers, dark Greenwich rye bread, dill cream cheese († GF Available)

VEGETABLES:

Green Split Pea Soup (V) - Warm rustic breads

Goat Cheese & Courgette Pancake (V) - Sweet pomegranate molasses, mint salsa

Wild Mushroom & Truffle Arancini (V) - Garlic, basil and pine nut mayo

MEAT:

Potted Chicken Liver Pâté - Tomato and ale chutney, sweet pickles, Greenwich village crisps († GF Available)

Hackensack Meatballs - Dutch inspired beef and pork meatballs, creamy mashed potato, marrowfat peas, veal gravy

Chicken Schnitzel - Kaiser potato and spinach salad

The menu is available for 2-8 people to share, with each tasting board shared between 2 guests. Drinks and extras will be charged at full price.

Some days and times might have limited availability and the restaurant reserves the right to contact you to reschedule your booking if needed.

NB - Elaine's is closed on Sundays.
