Following the resounding success of its flagship location in Holborn, they've unveiled a brand-new larger restaurant featuring a chic bar, lounge and opulent dining room.

The menu is inspired by restauranteur, Roop Partap Choudhary's family's travels across India, which exposed them to the subcontinent's rich culinary diversity.

From traditional Rajasthani meals served in tents to British-inspired Indian breakfasts in Officers' Messes, the Colonel Saab menu is a tapestry of these authentic experiences.

Highlights from their all-day menu include British & Indian fusion afternoon high teas, regional gems like Sunday Lamb Curry, and signature dishes such as Falahari Curry Kofta and Gutti Vankaya — baby aubergines in tangy tamarind gravy.
