China Bistro are bringing their award-winning retro-Chinese comfort food to Ealing.
The group operates 18 successful locations across India and the UAE, and this opening marks their first foray into Europe and the beginning of a broader UK expansion.
They're renowned for their distinctive fusion of timeless recipes inspired by the bustling backstreets of Tangra, Kolkata.
It was there, in the 1930s, that Hakka Chinese immigrants began combining wok-frying techniques with India’s spice-led cuisine.
Highlights from the menu include dishes like Chicken Basil Dumplings, Eight Treasure Soup, Wok-Tossed Hakka Noodles, Comforting Chilli Chicken, and Edamame Momos.
The restaurant features an open kitchen layout designed to immerse diners in the art of wok cooking, alongside live robata grills and dim sum counters.
To accompany the food, you'll find signature cocktails, mocktails, beers, jasmine teas, and Asian-inspired wines.
