BRIX is inspired by the smokehouses of New York's iconic Meatpacking District, occupying a sprawling 8,500 sqft warehouse in London Bridge.

They've just launched a fantastic new summer menu and recently introduced a brunch menu on Saturdays & Sundays (10am-2.30pm).

At brunch, enjoy classics like a Full English, buttermilk pancakes, steak & eggs, chicken & waffles, and smashed avocado on sourdough.

On the new summer menu, kick things off with small plates like charred smoked mackerel, fire-roasted bone marrow, blistered Padrón peppers, and sweetcorn fritter.

On the mains, you'll find soy & honey-glazed short rib bao bun, grilled fjord sea trout, spatchcock grilled poussin, and hot honey cauliflower steak.

Plus, there's the showstopping BRIX Board for 2 or 4 people to share— featuring 500g beef short rib, bavette, merguez, charred Padrón peppers, chimichurri, dry-aged cheeseburger & bone marrow.

To finish, indulge in sweet treats like burnt cheesecake, sticky toffee Pudding, and Charred Peaches with lime zest & coconut yoghurt.
