Americana is a Southern American restaurant & bar just a short stroll from Piccadilly Circus. It's been a Soft Launch fan favourite since it opened in 2023.

They've put together an incredible new 11-plate tasting menu exclusively for Soft Launch London subscribers!

The tasting menu is available for 2-8 people to share and features 8 soul-pleasing Southern savoury plates and 3 decadent desserts.

Here's what you'll get:

VEG BOARD TO SHARE:

Artichoke Fondue - Creamy, warm artichoke hearts blended with rich cheeses, served with crispy, toasted Greenwich crispbread for dipping.

Buffalo Cauliflower - Crispy, golden florets of cauliflower tossed in a fiery Americana hot sauce, cooled with a tangy Monterey Jack mayo. 

Padron Peppers - Pan-seared Padron peppers, some sweet, some with a surprising touch of heat, served with a light and refreshing whipped lemon & coriander cream cheese.

FISH COURSE:

Flamed Tiger Prawn - Succulent tiger prawn, kissed by flames for a smoky char, bathed in a vibrant red pepper mojo sauce.

Grilled Salmon - Tender, flaky salmon fillets, marinated in a blend of herbs and spices, grilled to perfection, and served with a colourful corn & chilli relish and a zesty chimichurri.

MEAT COURSE:

10-Hour Pulled Barbecued Brisket - Slow-cooked for ten hours until meltingly tender, the brisket is infused with smoky barbecue flavours and served with a dollop of cool soured cream and a fresh, vibrant Pico de Gallo. 

Bootlegger Chicken & Bourbon Cream - Pan-seared chicken, bathed in a rich and creamy bourbon sauce, served alongside dirty rice, a medley of spring onions, and fiery chillies.

Grilled Spiced Chorizo - Spicy, smoky chorizo sausage, grilled to release its intense flavours, perfect for sharing.

DESSERTS TO SHARE:

Pecan Pie - A classic dessert done right. A buttery, flaky crust filled with a rich, gooey pecan filling.

Dark Chocolate & Jim Beam Mousse - A decadent and airy mousse made with rich dark chocolate and a hint of Jim Beam bourbon, topped with a crunchy hazelnut crumb.

Caramelised Bananas & Cream - Sweet, ripe bananas caramelised to perfection, served with a scoop of creamy vanilla ice cream, drizzled with a warm butter fudge sauce and crispy wafers.
