Shanghai Noir is a stylish Indo-Chinese brasserie in the heart of Westminster, which opened earlier this year.
It's located on the lower ground floor of the Old Westminster Fire Station, underneath their sister restaurant and Soft Launch fan favourite, Yaatra.
Shanghai Noir takes you on a journey into the world of 1930s Shanghai - the trendiest Asian city of the time, with its seductive concoction of glamour, sin and East meets West ambience.
Begin your meal with tempting starters and small plates such as Desi chow mein spring rolls; black bean scallops; beef with wild mushroom bao buns; Szechuan crispy duck pancakes; and chilli pepper lamb.
On the mains, you'll find delicious steamed dumplings and Shanghai noodles, alongside chef's specials including Cantonese steamed ginger sea bream; chilli chicken with Glenmorangie fire; Jaggery miso glazed short rib; chicken with black bean sauce; sweet & sour prawns and Manchurian cauliflower fritters.
If you save room for dessert, there are sweet treats including their signature coconut lychee pannacotta; cinnamon waffle & fried ice cream; and mango pudding.
Alongside the food, you'll find an extensive drinks menu featuring 50+ fine wines, delicious cocktails, sake, port, dessert wines and Indo-Chinese teas.
