BRIX is a Soft Launch fan favourite that occupies a sprawling 8,500 sqft warehouse in the heart of London Bridge, inspired by the smokehouses of New York's iconic Meatpacking District.
Their food showcases the best of British seasonal and sustainable produce, including delicious gourmet street food, dry-aged steaks, chargrilled meats, and locally sourced fish, as well as a showstopping mixed grill sharing board.
Begin your meal with delicious small plates like BBQ brisket croquettes, plantain chips, chargrilled octopus, tiger prawns, and pork belly skewers.
Then, on the mains you'll find the showstopping BRIX mixed grill board for 2 to share—featuring Hanger Steak, Baby Back Ribs, Grilled Chicken Thighs, Chorizo, Padron Peppers, Bread Rolls, BBQ Sauce, and Salsa Verde.
Alongside the sharing board, there are large plates including baby back pork ribs, Picanha steak, whole grilled seabass, Zhoug cauliflower, and the BRIX burger.
To finish, there are sweet treats including Basque baklava cheesecake, sticky toffee pudding, and peanut butter chocolate mousse cake.

Book your table via BRIX's website below - make a "Standard Booking" and enter 'SLL40' in the special requests box to qualify for the discount.
The 40% discount is available on food only and runs every Tuesday - Friday until 26th November 2025 for bookings of up to 10 people.
All bookings must be pre-booked via their website to qualify for the discount. The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
