Rosa's is launching their latest restaurant in The Cut. Founded in 2008 by chef Saiphin Moore, Rosa's offers a variety of vibrant dishes using seasonal ingredients, including Saiphin's signature Red butternut curry with sweet basil and Drunken noodles with galangal. Book between 12-3pm and 5-8pm on Saturday, and 12-3pm on Sunday. It's going to be Thai-riffic!
